On behalf of one of its clients in the education field, the French Chamber of Commerce in Singapore is recruiting a Strategic Development & Corporate Partnerships Executive

The Strategic Corporate Development & Partnerships Executive plays a key role in driving student enrolment growth and securing strategic corporate sponsorships. The primary mission is to attract and engage prospective families while building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with corporations and community organisations. This role supports the school’s goal of maintaining its position as a premium international school and ensuring financial sustainability through increased student registrations and diversified revenue streams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Student Enrolment & Family Engagement

• Proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with prospective families to increase student enrolment.
• Support the planning and organisation of admissions events, including school tours, open days, and information sessions.
• Work closely with the Admissions team to ensure a seamless and personalised experience for potential families.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust engagement strategies and outreach efforts.
• Maintain an updated database of prospective families, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

B. Corporate Sponsorships & Partnerships

• Research and identify potential corporate partners and sponsors aligned with the school’s mission and values.
• Support negotiations and secure and manage sponsorship agreements and Corporate Membership Partnerships to enhance the school’s programs, events, facilities and Governance.
• Develop long-term relationships with sponsors and Corporate Membership Partners and ensure that all sponsorship obligations are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate sponsorships and benefits from the Corporate Membership Partnership programme into school events, initiatives, and marketing efforts.

C. Marketing & Community Engagement

• Assist in developing marketing campaigns aimed at prospective families and corporate partners.
• Represent the school at external events, networking opportunities, and industry conferences to enhance the school’s visibility and reputation.
• Support the Communications team in developing content and materials for promotional campaigns, media outreach, and digital platforms.

D. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track and report on key performance metrics related to student enrolment, family engagement, and partnership outcomes.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on progress toward enrolment and sponsorship targets.

Account Executive

• Do full sets of Accounts & GST submission, and handle administrative task;
• Prepare monthly reports and financial statements;
• Liaise with company secretary, banker, auditor, tax agency and relevant authorities for company related matters;
• Ensure all expenses are entered in accounting system using Microsoft Excel and XERO;
• Prepare quotations for construction contracts

HR and Admin

• Handle all work pass applications, issuance, appeal, renewal, and cancellation;
• Manage payroll and CPF, taxation for employees;
• Prepare letters of employment, confirmation, other HR-related documents etc;
• To do any other ad-hoc assignment given by Management

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Able to work independently

Job Purpose

• Responsible for the entire lifecycle of contracts within the organization. This includes drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to ensure they align with company policies and legal requirements.
• Oversee compliance with contractual obligations during the execution phase.
• Monitor contract performance, payments, and financial implications. They may be involved in budgeting and forecasting related to contracts.
• Continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations and reduce costs

Core Responsibilities

• Ensures that the Project contract administration needs, objectives, and requirements are aligned with the Operation team.
• Advises the Operation Team, Procurement Manager, and other stakeholders on any deviations from contract requirements during Project execution.
• Analyzes contract terms to identify potential risks and opportunities related to contract clauses especially financial related matters.
• Proposes alternative contract provisions to mitigate risks and negotiates with customers using persuasive arguments.
• Coordinates with the Operation Team, participates in meetings, reviews drafts, revises, and maintains records of all contractual correspondence exchanged with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and authorities during project execution.
• Assesses supplier/subcontractor claims for entitlement and variation orders according to contract requirements.

Skills & Experience Required

• Proficiency in microsoft office (Especially Power BI)
• Financial modelling and cost management
• Proficient in Power BI and Microsoft Excel for data analytics
• Developing plans and estimating budgets and timescales
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

Qualifications/Certifications Required

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics or relevant field.
• Interested in Strategy/ Corporate Development/Business & data analysis or similar function
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Data collation, cleaning, verification, and analysis to facilitate insights of sector (including services and social service providers) and infrastructure planning

• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) following updates in backend system (i.e. AIMS)

Job Description

• Execute a project effectively once a project order is being received
• Have a complete understanding of the requirements of the project and the delivery schedule
• Liaise with purchasing team with regards to the procurement of the items
• Work with various departments to problem solve and mitigate arising issues such as facilitating changes in project requirements in terms of products or the delivery schedule.
