Position Overview:
The Technical Assistant is directly accountable to the Fleet Manager, providing support in overseeing and managing the technical aspects of fleet operations. Key Responsibilities:

Job Overview:
We are looking for an organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide support for our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial to ensuring that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, organizing, and maintaining company records and documents related to logistics operations.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and transportation bookings for logistics teams and clients.
• Process and track shipments, ensuring all documentation (invoices, bills of lading, shipping schedules) is accurate and up to date.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records and manage stock levels, ensuring timely ordering of supplies and equipment as needed.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Prepare reports and documentation for management, including shipment status, delivery schedules, and other logistical data.
• Assist with the preparation and review of contracts, agreements, and other relevant paperwork for logistics and transportation services.
• Maintain and update client databases and logistics tracking systems.
• Handle inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipment status, delivery issues, or general operational queries.
• Assist with budgeting and expense tracking for logistics-related projects.
• Support the logistics team with any other administrative tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with logistics software or databases is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

Job Description:

• Oversee the daily operations of the outlet for efficient operations.
• Handle food and beverage preparation and ensure desired quality and standards are achieved
• Provide excellent service experience to all customers
• Plan and assign daily workloads to team members.
• Develop and enforce established policies and procedures.
• Establish operational strategies to meet quality and customer service standards.
• Develop marketing strategies to improve sales and profitability.
• Maintain the outlet facility clean and safe.
• Obtain customer feedback and recommend necessary outlet operational changes.
• Interview and hire team members for outlet operations.
• Schedule job training for team members
• Organize regular meetings to discuss issues and updates.
• Analyze and resolve problems in a timely and accurate manner.
• Address customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Develop a cost-effective operational plan to achieve outlet goals.
• Able to be a backup for all position
• Able to perform additional duties as requested by the Management as and when required

Job Requirement:

• Formal culinary training in Food Preparation & Culinary management is an added advantage
• Good knowledge of brunch-style cooking and Western cuisine is preferred.
• Interested in the F&B industry
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Team player
• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Ability to perform flexi shifts, and able to work on weekends and public holidays
• 6 days of work per week

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily preparation of ingredients (e.g. boiling, washing, peeling, slicing etc.)
• Assisting Cooks & Chefs with cooking and food presentation
• Maintaining the quality and plating standards of all food items
• Washing of all appliances, utensils, cutting boards, and dishes
• Upkeeping of kitchen cleanliness and personal hygiene at all times
• Restocking of all inventory items
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• No experience required
• 6-days workweek, including weekends and public holidays
• Positive working attitude
• Experience in food preparation and cooking is an added advantage

(Experienced candidates will be considered for a senior role to be working at our 3rd outlet which will be opening in 2024.)
