Role Purpose

The Executive Planning Specialist supports the CEO and the Strategy & Planning Manager to maintain a high-level of corporate governance and strategic alignment for the company. The role is also required to work closely with, and support, the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to achieve day-to-day business excellence.

Role Accountabilities

• Work with ELT to establish clear charters and delegated authority levels for a number of Swire Shipping’s revamped steering committees (as directed by the Strategy & Planning Manager).

• Facilitate each of the steering committee meeting (Executive Committee and sub-committees) in a consistent manner. Oversee the successful escalation of decisions to the Executive Committee, and conversely the cascading of key messages from the Executive Committee.

• Assist the Strategy & Planning Manager on strategic planning, balanced scorecard maintenance, and stakeholder management for projects related to geopolitics and government relations.

• Establish and actively maintain a rolling annual calendar of key business events to minimise clashes and ensure a focus on strategic priorities.

• Own the planning and facilitation of leadership events (1-2 in-person ELT offsite, 2 in-person leadership conferences, 1 virtual leadership conference).

Specific Responsibility, Accountability & Authority:

1. Responsible for the general design and architectural input for their projects.

2. Responsible to the Project Director/Associates and is to liaise with the Architectural Assistants, Project Executives and Technical Staff.

3. Complete the day-to-day executive work including design presentations, authority submissions and project correspondence.

4. Initiate and undertake actions to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity.

5. Identify and record any product quality problems, to initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels and implement that solution.

6. Ensures that the Integrated Management System is implemented for each project and is responsible for the maintenance of the Job Record.

7. Liaise with the clients representative on all project issues

8. Monitor progress of contracts and billing status.

9. Authorised to control the project until any deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been rectified.

10. Perform the role of the BIM Manager in the management, training and project interface.

1. Perform the following project implementation functions:

· Reports to Project Director on all design and technical matters.

· Design and Documentation

· Understanding and Application of Building Regulations.

· Direct the technical staff on the Preparation and Submission of Forms, Plans and

Information required by Authorities for Approvals.

· Liaise with other consultants.

· Attend Project/Site Meetings and Inspection.

· Directs the Project Senior Executives in the co-ordination, organisation and preparation of Construction Documents and Drawings.

· Contract Administration

· Liaise with Suppliers and Contractors.

· Check Design, Submission, Consultants and Contractor Shop Drawings and comment but

· not approve.

· Directing the Technical Staff and Secretaries on their respective information management

· matters.

• Responsible for the development and implementation of short-term and long-term strategic initiatives that enable the business to meet its growth and profitability objectives
• Identifies potential suppliers to secure cost-effective sources of our products
• Establishes and maintains good relationships with suppliers to negotiate for the best terms
• Monitors supplier performance in terms of on-time delivery, quality and cost
• Monitor inventory movement and reconcile supplies
• Establishes key performance measurements to evaluate the purchasing process

You will:
• Lead sophisticated Infra team/tasks in matrix environment with diverse variety of tasks/challenges
• Interact and work with multiple infra and IT teams as part of environment setup, maintenance and support

• Build open lines of communication and develop processes and programs, that will encourage a multi-cultural team to achieve unit goals. Drive interpersonal integrity and assure excellent delivery across all regional engagements by enabling and promoting standard tools and practices used in the organization as well as drive out-of-the-box solutions that include introducing improvements to further build positive efficiency across operations.
• Perform basic software system operations, using the online screen, running maps and jobs, basic configuration/installation, and taking backups.
• Perform validation, verification, and correction, wherever applicable, of artifacts of the system (reports, bills, event records, screens, and so on).
• Report and properly document errors that are detected.
• Deploy and configure solutions in the cloud.
• Automate cloud operations, develop infrastructure automation scripts and participates in the continuous improvement of cloud solutions.
• Participate in the specification, setup and run Proof of Concepts and demonstrations of cloud solution
• Administer and maintain servers across virtual platforms.

All you need is...

• Experience as Integration Engineer in different stages of SDLC (Software Development Process)
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting and Automation
• Well Verse with AWS Cloud & Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Good knowledge of UNIX/Linux Server platform
• Deep understanding of the middleware technologies (Web Logic, WebSphere, IBM MQ Series, Oracle Tuxedo) and basic database technologies
• Proven experience with CC (Configuration Control) tools
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field

As a Finance Executive, you will be responsible for managing and executing key financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliation, audit support, and other general accounting tasks. Responsibilities

• Issue sales invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with relevant requirements.
• Process customer payments and ensure accurate application to customer accounts.

Qualifications
