• Mapping requirements & providing them best solutions involving evaluation & definition of scope of project and finalization of project requirements
• Conducting continuous interaction with customers to ensure that areas of concern are addressed promptly for improved pre-set service levels; ensuring control mechanisms by reviewing current processes to avert process gaps
• Designing and implementing accounting systems & procedures; supervising the timely preparation of statutory books of accounts and finalization of accounts
• Handling the consolidation of branch accounts, reconciliation of all concerned accounts, preparation of annual accounts, Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, etc.
• Ensuring compliance with Statutory Acts like Income Tax, Service Tax, Excise, PF, ESI, VAT, TDS, etc.
• Looking after the preparation of statutory books of Accounts, Bank Reconciliation, Petty Cash, Party Reconciliation and Consolidated Reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms

Events Executive

Location: Central

As an Events Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the events department in organising and executing events designed to cultivate connections and foster friendships.

A successful Events Executive will be responsible for bringing the community together via the planned events centred around lifestyle, wellness, business and learning.

The Events Executive will report to the Events Manager.

What you’ll do

Events Management

• Research and source for partners and event suppliers for events
• Be the primary contact for event leads for home location(s)
• Oversee logistics, including vendor coordination, on-site setup, and tear down to ensure all events run smoothly and efficiently
• Support monthly community events
• Ensuring SOPs are updated for home location(s)
• Carry out on-site event management across all locations
• Assist in managing the event inventory and equipment across all locations

Events Revenue KPI

• Drive event revenue by proactively identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships to achieve monthly sales target
• Assist in managing various booking channels and customer enquiries
• Proactively seek out new event leads within our targeted industries to drive business growth
• Facilitate sales and upsell events to existing members
• Assist in managing various booking channels and customer enquiries

Events Payments

• Manage invoices and member payments
• Ensure timely payment to vendors
• Carry out bad debt collection for events

Marketing Efforts

• Provide marketing support for lead generating events
• Assist in preparing event-related documents and materials
• Support all marketing initiatives across content creation, members’ engagement and brand-building

• Examine the project bidding documents, which include technical specifications, business documents, and drawing documents;
• Determine how many projects each curtain wall system has;
• Indicate in colour the scope of work for the Twilight contract on the node diagram for the plane, facade, and curtain wall;
• Completing the whole cost calculation file, determine the system price and material content (such as aluminium profiles, iron components, aluminium plates, glass, etc.) based on the design scheme drawings and the unit price of materials, labour, and measurements;
• Assign the list item's unit price based on the total cost price that has been established;
• Additional tasks pertaining to commercial bids for curtain walls.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree or higher with a focus on machinery, civil engineering, engineering costing, or other relevant fields;
• At least three years of experience in commercial bids for curtain wall projects abroad;
• Possess a specific level of proficiency in reading English-language papers and drawings;
• Be serious, patient, cautious, and possess the capacity to withstand pressure
