• Checking and verifying accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Responsible for monthly closing including preparation of financial reports, Journal entries, bank
• reconciliation, AR & AP aging, audit schedules, intercompany schedules, etc.
• Co-ordinate intercompany reconciliation and ensure monthly confirmations.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of monthly management accounts.
• Manage treasury function and weekly cash flow planning.
• Preparation of Inventory report and monthly & yearly stock take.
• Manage Fixed Asset Register
• Preparation of quarterly GST statement reporting
• Handle audit queries and issues. Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
• Compliance finance policies and procedures, ensure all in met the internal control requirement.
• Support Finance Manager in day-to-day Finance operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time.

Responsiblities

• Responsible for partial set of accounts including but not limited to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
• Prepare month-end closing journal entries and balance sheet schedules and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely, complete and accurate recording of accounting entries into the accounting system.
• Assist with monthly reporting, budget and audit.
• Maintain good documentation and filing system.
• Assist in the review of internal control procedures to improve accounting processes.
• Perform any additional ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in accounting (eg. LCCI, CAT).
• At least 3 years of working experience in the accounting field.
• Required skill(s): MS Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, dynamic personality.
• Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
• Proactive, possess initiative and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

· Upsell existing clients other enterprise solutions.

· Acquire new customers by cold calling, emailing, networking and using various Media platforms.

· Plan and Execute sales plan such as meeting clients, preparation of tenders, proposals and quotations for clients.

· Assist in new clients’ acquisition.

· Assist in managing client accounts.

· Any other ad-hocs as assigned.

· Good contacts with Interior Designer & Architect.

· Possess good interpersonal skills
