• Identify and assess key operational risk areas and control gaps. Work with the business units to mitigate the risk and improve controls where necessary
• Organize and facilitate Risk Committee and Operational Risk Committee in risk cartography process (bank’s risk assessment exercise) to identify the key organizational and operational risk and coordinate validation meetings with business units to review the key risks which will affect their areas and will assess and ensure there are action plans in place.

4) Branch Self Audit (BSA), Control Self-Assessment (CSA), Branch Manual List

• Managing Branch Self Audit

5) Environmental Risk Management (EnRM)

Candidates must be willing to work 44-hour work week in Medical Centre for Migrant Workers (MCMW) located at Woodlands Industrial Park E7, where 98% of patients are male migrant workers.

• Register patients and schedule appointments.
• Do billing and cash collection.
• Update records and distribute reports.
• File patients' records.
• Replenish sundry item inventory when stock runs low.
• Do crowd control and simple triaging.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

The Person

• Willing to work in Medical Centre for Migrant Workers (MCMCW) at Woodlands Industrial Park E7.
• Minimum GCE "N" levels with minimum some work experience in customer service.
• Able to speak in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients).
