• Provide feedback on sales/operational issues, competitor promotions/pricing, and market trends.
• Oversee all sales and trade activities for assigned outlets.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, with a preference for experience in the e-commerce channel.
• Prior experience in sales account management for modern trade and/or managing a team of sales representatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP or similar systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounts

• Provide Accounting Support for Payments to Vendors
• Prepare quarterly GST reports in compliance with regulations
• Co-ordinate Year-end closing of accounts

Procurement / Operations:

• Provide support to Operations Director & render support for new centre set-up e.g. NETS application, Little Lives etc
• Identify and source new suppliers to enhance procurement options with competitive prices
• Maintain and develop an approved suppliers list
• Obtain quotes from various suppliers and follow-up on purchase requisition & receipt of goods
• Coordinate activities between school and vendors e.g. teaching resources etc.
• Orders & Purchases of required items for office/school

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma level qualification in accounting or related field
• A minimum of two years finance accounting will be an added advantage
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
• Energetic and works efficiently
• Able to speak in Mandarin to liase with chinese speaking vendors
