Job Description

1. Invoice Processing: 3 way matching : Purchase Order , Vendor Invoice and Delivery Note or Service Report
   a) Receiving and verifying invoices from vendor
   b) Matching invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents.
   c) Ensuring accuracy of invoices and resolving discrepancies with vendors (checking SOA)
2. Payment Processing:
   a) Preparing and processing payments to vendors, either through checks, electronic transfers, or other means.
   b) Maintaining payment schedules and ensuring timely payments to avoid late fees.
3. Vendor Management:
   a) Communicating with vendors regarding invoice and payment-related inquiries.
   b) Establishing and maintaining good relationships with vendors.
   c) Monitor vendor credit term
4. Verifying Company or employee expenses against company policies.
5. Reconciling accounts payable transactions and preparing reports for management.
6. Accounting and Record Keeping:

The Role:

Reporting to General Manager, you will be supporting the sustainability certification related work for Headquarter in Singapore and our regional offices. This person is pivotal in promoting sustainability practices and ensuring compliance with relevant International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) standards.

This role is required to be based 4 days in our central office (9am to 6pm) and 1 day in Tuas (8am to 5pm) for the first 6 months, thereafter, the working location can be further discussed.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist certification implementation of ISCC (International Sustainability & Carbon Certification) in Headquarters and regional subsidiaries in APAC.
• Support internal and external audits to ensure the implementation of the certification and sustainability set-up system of ISCC and use a scorecard as a management tool to support the certification process, including regional business units.
• Prepare data and update potential production data of certified products to the Headquarter and any relevant subsidiaries in a timely manner as set out by management.
• Develop and manage sustainable certification reports, including database-related reports, certification schedules, downstream or trading requirements, and sustainability reports.
• Provide training and monitoring of the application and license of ISCC for waste-based feedstock sales.
• Provide recommendations of control and certified product certification system for the production, delivery, storage, and sale of certified products of ISCC and others.
