As an eCommerce Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our online sales and marketing efforts. You will assist in managing our eCommerce platform, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will spend 70% of your time on creative operations, 30% on data analytics across 3 brands across SEA.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in creating briefs fornew product launches images, product descriptions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
2. Oversee the operations and performance of the eCommerce platform - ensuring functionality, usability, and an optimal customer experience.
3. Collaborate with affiliate teams to optimize product pages, including images, descriptions, and keywords.
4. Analyze user experience data, identify areas for improvement, and implement initiatives to enhance the online shopping experience and smooth checkout processes.
5. Effectively communicate issues and/or delays to key stakeholders
6. Assist in creating briefs for online promotional campaigns
7. Review eCommerce site performance and recommend optimization plans
8. Aid in the execution of online promotional campaigns such as sales & KPIs recording
9. Conduct competitive and market analysis
10. Assist in analyzing eCommerce performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies.
11. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including design agencies, affiliates & regional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of eCommerce initiatives.
12. You will manage project timeline & progresses, adjust schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in eCommerce operations, preferably in the beauty or retail industry.

1 Administrative & Finance

Channel / Relationship Management / Service Standards

• Develop, maintain and deepen relationships with intermediaries in support of business retention and acquisition and works with customers and distributors (agents & brokers) to determine their insurance related needs and provide solutions.
• Maintain service standards by timely response to intermediaries’ requests and timely receipt of collateral and agreements in addition to meeting deadlines on submissions of quotations, certificates and/or policies.
• Adopt practices to ensure rigorous screening via our KYC process.
