This position will be assisting the VP, Leasing to maximise revenue and occupancy for the assigned industrial properties in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulating and implementing strategies to maximise rental and occupancy of the properties within Mapletree Industrial Trust portfolio in Singapore.
• Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
• Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
• Managing tenancy related issues and compiling leasing progress reports
• Carrying out substantive business development work to secure new tenancies prospects; identify market segments and provide lease management support.
• Support the Team Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Property Management, Estate Management, Business, Marketing.
• At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing in the same industry.
• Sound understanding of the real estate industry with an extensive network of contacts.

Job Summary:

Responsible for liaising with Worley Facility and Project Teams for the Procurement functions on corporate and projects. Be part of an exciting FAB Team working on cutting-edge advanced packaging process technologies. Partner and work with various teams in IME, to be the lead in FAB inventory management, logistic planning, and its related operations to always enable smooth operations and develop packaging solutions and taking the solutions from concept to production. Be part of an exciting FAB Team working on cutting-edge advanced packaging process technologies. Partner and work with various teams in IME, to be the lead in FAB inventory management, logistic planning, and its related operations to always enable smooth operations and develop packaging solutions and taking the solutions from concept to production. What You Will Be Doing

To work with the Manager, Student Admissions (SA) to manage matters pertaining to admissions of students, challenge examination (CEX) waiver, credit recognition, student admission systems and IT projects.

Job Purpose

The Professional Officers Division (POD) houses a centralized pool of academic staff under the Professional Officers scheme. Professional Officers come with specialised and deep technical skills acquired through extensive industry experience. They form the talent pool which brings a much-needed industry perspective to student learning. They facilitate applied learning and applied research in SIT, complementing the academic expertise of the faculty to bring industry practices and applications into the curriculum.

Professional Officers leverage on their industry experiences to create authentic learning environments, where discovery and innovation take place. They act as coaches and mentors to students during practical learning activities such as laboratory sessions, Capstone Projects and the Integrated Work Study Programme (IWSP). Professional Officers could also lead or work with faculty on industry innovation projects to provide solutions to the industry.

In addition to their role in applied learning and applied research, Professional Officers manage the centralised laboratory facilities and resources in SIT. With Technical Officers, laboratory safety professionals, and administrators in POD, they jointly develop central policies and processes for the safe and seamless operation of laboratories in SIT.
