Job Description:

1. Effective management of key customers in General Surgery, Oncology and Rare Disease.

2. Identify the key customers’ potential and work with marketing to grow the sales in the key accounts.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma

2. 3-4 years of sales experience in pharmaceutical industry, particularly specialty care sales experience. Experience with Oncology products is an added advantage.

3. Strong negotiation and business partnering skills with ability to manage and negotiate with key decision makers in the hospitals. Experience in handling specialist and key stakeholders in both Private and Government hospitals is required.

4. Highly dependable and able to work independently.

5. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

6. Candidates with a Class 3 valid driving license and a car would be preferred (Transport allowance is provided).

Your role involved to implement the clinical audit / quality assurance program to improve clinical governance and quality, patient care and safety in SNEC. Support and coordinate SNEC quality improvement projects / committees and initiatives to build and promote quality improvement culture. Manage information / data enquiries and requests from external stakeholders in a timely manner. And provide administrative support for the department as per requested by management.

• Clinical Audit Operations: ensure database are organized, updated in a timely manner, secure and accessible, perform checking, generate reports, handle all request and enquiries when needed
