• Handles baggage-related requests such as long-term/short-term storage, this includes proper issuance of luggage tags,upkeeping proper records and storing luggage in the correct location.

• Maintain effective communication skills with guest and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

• Manages Key Access Control
• Maintain the Log Book for contractors working in the hotel in accordance with company’s health and safety policies
• Operates, checks and performs security surveillance on the CCTV system

· Register hotel guest into the system with emphasis on fulfilling guest request, following necessary handling instructions and to establish credit policies and procedures

· Select and block rooms for arriving guest in taking into consideration special request, pre register VIPS, individuals or groups
