What you’ll do:

• Assist the Marketing Manager on the smooth and successful execution of restocks, product and campaign launches, and sales promotions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ideate and the execution of the ideas
  • Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage photoshoots or video productions
  • Create collaterals such as card inserts, press kits, store signages, and briefing documents for internal communications.
• Ensure consistent copywriting and content assessment for marketing communication materials across various customer touch points
• Ensure that the content is in line with the brand, effectively conveying the intended call-to-action across all countries
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to identify VIP customers, create and manage loyalty programmes to keep customers engage
• Work with marketing team for e-commerce website improvement and maintenance
• Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns or efforts and identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to utilise sales, product, and customer data to develop effective marketing strategies and tactics to achieve company goals
• Conduct marketing research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competitor analysis
• Work with the Marketing Manager to ensure the marketing budget is utilised efficiently
• Conduct consumer analysis by creating surveys or focus groups with By Invite Only customers to find out product and/or brand sentiment
• Work with merchandising team to drive demands online for high inventory products
• Assist marketing team with physical or virtual events if any
• Liaise with external agencies such as performance marketing and PR to achieve targeted campaign results
• Assist with any ad-hoc matters that may arise

What we’re looking for:

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree, in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
• At least 3 years of working experience in marketing or a related field. E-commerce and sales experience is a plus
• Good project and stakeholder management skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills

We are looking for a passionate, customer-driven individual to fill the role of Guest Relations Officer. As the Hotel’s primary point of contact with potential customers, the individual is pivotal in ensuring the customer’s reservations and enquiries are promptly confirmed and replied to. Strong communication skills over the phone and proficiency in basic computer software is essential in the daily maintenance and management of the customer database.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Registration of guests at check-in, including the processing of all guest reservations and the assigning and blocking of rooms
• Understanding and adhering to all front desk cashiering duties, including proper credit and cash handling policies and procedures
• Communicating efficiently on room status, room status tracking, all locations, and rates
• Establishing and implementing expected guest programs and professionally handle guest requests and questions

RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide support for MI's project in the following ways:

• Recruiting and breifing project participants on project protocol
• Administrering surveys to participants and following up with participants to ensure that they are adhering to the project protocol
• Providing on-site support to project participants when needed (e.g at participants' homes or at product developers' site) 
• Providing administrative support to MI's project, such as coordinating schedules with project stakeholders and sourcing for quotes from vendors 
• Consolidating inputs from various participants for sharing with project partner(s)
•  Facilitating effective communications between project partner(s) and participant (e.g paraphrasing project information in an accessible, easy-read manner for participants where necessary)

• Education: Higher Nitec or A Level and above; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office programmes (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
