RESPONSIBILITIES

A Job Placement Executive is responsible for providing job matching, job coaching and job support services for clients in open employment. As part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team, which include Allied Health Professionals such as the Psychologist & Occupational Therapist, they provide career counselling, behavioural and work performance interventions in assisting clients sustain their employment. A Job Placement Executive has to also work closely with their clients' caregivers, existing & potential employers as well as partners & stakeholders such as training providers, community case & social workers, training officers & other job coaches in jointly providing holistic job support to their clients for employment success & sustainability. The Job Placement Executive should have great communication, time management & problem-solving skills. Job Description:

• Preparing of costing for project tenders and quotations.

• Carry out project planning, material requisition, cost control, project management and documentation.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will provide administrative and operational support that are critical to the operation of Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) activities for medical devices at one of SingHealth’s institutions to fulfil strategic priorities and initiatives across the cluster. Postion Overview

The Charity Officer will work closely with the senior leadership at ItsRainingRaincoats (IRR), supporting the day-to-day management of all internal operations and programs. As part of the communications team, you will manage the education communication needs in SingHealth. You will ensure smooth implementation of strategies and support the department in the development and execution of integrated communications plans for education initiatives and events.

You profile and position SingHealth Academy as the preferred training provider for nurturing future healthcare professionals. This includes developing and implementing a full spectrum of integrated communications and publicity efforts for key initiatives and programmes. You will also provide support in organising in-house events and maintaining websites under SingHealth Academy.

In addition to the above, you will work together with education stakeholders to plan and execute overall integrated communications targeted at internal and external audiences for various entities. You will propose ideas for concepts and contents and develop collaterals. You will also partner with cluster communications team to reinforce education through recognition of education excellence on various communications channels.

You will develop and spearhead engagement strategies to engage stakeholders such as senior management, education stakeholders, residents and learners to ensure that key education strategies for milestone events are communicated clearly.

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field

· Relevant experience in marketing communications including writing, editing and design would be an advantage

· Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in graphic design software including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and possess good sense of visual design.

· Familiar with website management. Experience with using Adobe Experience Manager and Microsoft Sharepoint would be an advantage.

· Adept at project management and able to drive multi-faceted campaigns with good outcomes

· Experience in stakeholder engagement

You will be responsible for providing logistical and administrative support for the training programmes and events organised by SingHealth Academy or its stakeholders for staff across the SingHealth cluster. You oversee event registration and payment, generate evaluation reports and maintain a monitoring system for revenue and expenses.

You will maintain the training programme database, training records, update the training directory and calendar, and provide on-site support for all events. You will be required to ensure the proper filing of records for applications and submission of training records for Continuing Professional Education (CPE) points.

You will be involved in providing publicity support for the training programmes and events, such as creating flyers or marketing collaterals. You will coordinate with the Education Communications team on the development of the marketing collaterals.

You will provide general administrative support to the department to ensure effective and efficient operations. Your duties will include organising and co-ordinating meetings, maintaining and upkeeping office equipment, monitoring office inventory and ensuring that the information is updated in a timely manner. You will process and fulfill orders for publications, and update mailing lists and contact information.

Job Requirements

· Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience or Higher NITEC/NITEC/ GCE N/O/A Levels with 8 years of relevant experience

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Photoshop would be advantageous

· Possess strong customer service orientation

· Detailed and meticulous

· Able to work with minimum supervision

Part of the concierge team to help manage the day to day operations of the office premises for IT developers.

Responsibilities:
This role will require you to provide support as concierge of the office premises in the following areas:

- Office Access administration – Put up security clearance request, manage access to the various locations in the office premises,

- Office Administration – Opening/Closing of office premises, maintain asset register, facilitate carpark application, perform onboarding/offboarding of the staff, conduct awareness brief, manage resource booking and assist in replenishment of office supplies & equipment.

- Office Security – Conduct checks, ensure compliance, visitor management

- Event and Incident Management – conduct/organize fire drills, fire safety roll call, greenmark activities. Respond to office intrusion, power failure incidents and perform follow-up actions. Be part of taskforce for adhoc events e.g. implement and oversee Covid-19 SMM

- Facility Maintenance Administration – Act as Point-of-Contact to activate relevant facilities management agency to attend to reported case of power failure, aircon issue & lighting issues etc. Supervise the office cleaning crew. Attend to building management meetings.

Specific Requirements

- Proficient with MS Office products like Word, Excel, Powerpoint.

- Ability to carry out simple reporting and data analytics.

- Okay with rotating schedule (Monday - Friday: 8.00am – 5.30pm OR 8.30am – 6.00pm OR 9.00am - 6.30pm OR 10.00am – 7.30pm)

- Able to accommodate the odd office operating hours.
