2. Assist to perform group and entities’ monthly 1st and 2nd closing into Jiu Qi system, and ad-hoc accounting reports.

3. Assist to meet the Group Chinese Reporting requirements and deadlines.

4. Assist in performing Annual Budget for Group and Entities.

5. Assist in performing Year-End Closing for Group and Entities.

6. Assist to complete the minor reports required by HQ China.

7. Assist day-to-day operation accounting for 2 to 3 entities as and when assigned.

8. Assist the superior in ad-hoc reporting tasks as and when assigned.

Treasury Matters:

1. Assist the Group Corporate Treasury functions on daily basis.

2. Preparation of Group monthly Treasury report and HQ Jiu Qi treasury report.

3. Preparation of weekly cash balance report.

4. Preparation of monthly cashflow forecast for the Group and Entities.

5. Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting or full ACCA or related field.

2. Able to read and write report in Chinese for reporting to HQ is a must.

3. Possessing financial audit experience in an audit firm is an advantage.

4. Experience in treasury and reporting function is an advantage.

5. Strong hands-on experience in financial and management reporting.

6. Analytical skills in the development of data-driven reports are a plus.

7. Demonstrate ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee, monitor, and manage project schedules and stakeholders to ensure project is within budget and specs, and in time.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders with good interpersonal and communication skills to efficiently coordinate resources and moving elements of project.
• Prepare and update project related documentation (PR, PO, Invoices, Progress Reports, Master list etc.) for management and external clients.
• Administer and track procurement activities to ensure timely orders and deliveries.
• Ensure good housekeeping of the project teams’ administrative and project related archives/ records / documentation.
