Job Summary:
The Account Executive plays a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. This includes managing financial records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing financial reports, assisting with budgeting, and providing strategic insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā· Account Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and bank movements, general ledgers, and other financial accounts to ensure accurate reporting and identification of discrepancies.
Ā· Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Ā· Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee the processing of invoices, payments, and collections, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
Ā· ERP and Financial Systems Management: Maintain and optimize financial systems for accurate reporting and process efficiency.
Ā· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights that support operational and strategic initiatives.
Ā· Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve the efficiency of financial operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in a finance-related role, preferably in finance, accounting.
Fundamental knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Proficient in Erp System, advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
