Key Responsibilities

You will be required to set up and process recordings and livestreaming of events, recital examinations. This includes the livestreaming of selected academic and performance classes, lectures, masterclasses and seminars, recording and livestreaming of public performances, as well as practical and presentation-based assessments. We are looking for a meticulous and self-starting team player who has interest in public relations and marketing communications. You will need to have good messaging, writing, creative skills that can help the organisation to positively communicate its vision and mission.

You will report to the Manager for Corporate Communications in implementing and executing the organisation's brand initiatives, marketing and communications action plans.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen internal and external communications and public relations
• Development and production of corporate collaterals
• Brand development and project assistant
• Event management including community, corporate and fundraising events for internal and external stakeholders
• Any other duties as assigned

• Diploma/Degree in marketing, communications, digital media, journalism or a related discipline
• Corporate communications and/or marketing experience will be an advantage

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably a second language (in order to handle queries and to write copies in a second language)
• Proficient in storytelling, photography, videography and video editing will be an added advantage

Investment Reporting is a critical function within the Finance department, supporting Income's multi-asset investment portfolios totaling over $30 billion.

We collaborate closely with various departments across the organization and external service providers to provide operational oversight and support for investment portfolios, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

As a member of our team, you will play a key role in supporting reporting functions essential for managing the assets of insurance funds.

• Conduct month-end financial closing activities, including but not limited to:

1. Reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
2. Posting adjusting journal entries to correct discrepancies
3. Reviewing and analysing financial transactions to identify errors or irregularities
4. Coordinating with other departments to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies
5. Performing variance analysis between reporting periods

• Prepare management reports, regulatory reports and financial statements pursuant to statutory requirements
• Investigate exceptions and liaise with relevant internal and external parties, such as 3rd party fund administrators, to address issues in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Support investment-linked funds reporting requirements such as fund reports and factsheets.
• Participate in projects and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• University Degree in the Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent
• At least 1 - 2 years of fund accounting experience
• Demonstrated interest in the investment/ finance industry, fund accounting or regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of various investment asset classes, investment operations or fund accounting would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment to meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Radio Frequency (RF) Admin Executive to join our client on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth running of our critical communications infrastructure.

What you'll be doing

• Perform the assignment and coordination of frequencies in accordance with the national frequency allocation plan and compile statistics of the monthly frequency assignments.
• Perform registration of terrestrial frequency assignments with the International Telecommunication Union.
• Review and update the frequency database to ensure all entries are accurate and reflect the latest information.
• Assist the Secretariat for multilateral meetings with neighbouring countries, e.g. frequency registrations, organising meetings and hosting of events.
• Provide updates such as the Singapore Spectrum Management Handbook and Singapore Allocation Chart to ensure up-to-date information.
• Assist the lead to develop training programmes for different teams to strength capability including liaising with course vendors and getting necessary approvals.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• Good technical understanding of radio engineering principles, e.g. wireless system characteristics and performance, link budget, radio propagation models (preferred, but not necessary).
• Technical knowledge and expertise in cellular mobile systems and architecture (including core and radio access networks, etc.) will be an advantage.

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day office and administrative operations, including sourcing of suppliers, management of inventory, and procurement. Organised and meticulous, you have to be able to think on your feet and can work well under deadline pressure. Administrative and operations work experience is advantageous. You will also be required to play a key role in managing the Volunteers & Officials who form the backbone of the event.

Key Requirements::

• Diploma in Events Management or equivalent. Prior motorsports experience will be advantageous
