Receiving goods from contractor/supplier.

To ensure that cargo received are in good condition, weight and dimension of cargo is accurate.

Packing of cargo when needed.

Collecting cargoes in the vicinity when required.•

Pick, pack & label shipments.

Support Import / Export / Delivery functions when needed.

To lodge-in cargo from warehouse to terminals (airline warehouse)

Responsibilities include inspecting cargo at the warehouse for discrepancies and consulting the team leader for further instructions. The role requires regular communication with customers and overseas agents, monitoring emails, and handling customs-related tasks such as pre-declaring permits and submitting shipment details via the CCN system to Singapore Customs. Additional duties include billing, email correspondence, and other air import operations tasks, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise term contractors in the maintenance of properties and facilities to accomplish maintenance program schedule, compliance to regulatory requirements, and to achieve operational efficiency
• Manage and review service contracts to meet facilities management targets and to achieve cost-effective operations
• Conduct schedule site inspection and KPI audit
• Plan and supervise building and facilities upgrading projects
• Prepare job specifications for tender/quotation exercise, evaluation submissions and recommend contract award
• Monitor and maintenance services expenditure
• Process invoice verification
• Any other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Integrated Facility Management
• Minimum 1 years of working experiences in Projects & Facilities Management and Sustainability
