â—Ź acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
â—Ź understand new marketing trends and prepare new channels to reach customer
â—Ź identify and develop new sales leads & manage existing client accounts
â—Ź provide consultation and proposal for indoor plants and landscape solutions
â—Ź provide general sales support such as preparing quotation, order processing and delivery arrangement
â—Ź negotiate/close deals and handle customer feedback
â—Ź focus on revenue retention and revenue growth to meet sales target
â—Ź monitor and report on sales performance
â—Ź collaborate with operations team for delivery of landscape products, solutions and completion of project
â—Ź support the team with any other duties as and when assigned
â—Ź At least 1-2 years of experience in the business development, digital & social media marketing
â—Ź Diploma or degree in landscape or horticulure related field
â—Ź Stong & good customer service mindset
â—Ź Good communication, interpersonal & presentation skills, meticulous, organised
â—Ź Ability to build positive relationships with customers & employee at all level in the organization
â—Ź Team player with discipline time management and quality control
â—Ź Result oriented and able to multi task between numerous projects
â—Ź Manage project progress and co-ordinate with clients & fellow colleague
â—Ź Experience with B2B and B2C social media and email campaigns
â—Ź Skills and experience in creative content writing, able to think out of the box
â—Ź proficient in MS Office, Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, photography or videography skill
