The Sales Operation Executive is responsible for sourcing and managing a team of promoters, ensuring effective merchandising, maintaining relationships with retailers, exploring new sales channels, and supporting special events and atrium sales. 1. Source for Potential Promoters and Build a Strong Sales Team:

· Identify, recruit, and train potential promoters to build a competent sales team.

2. Merchandising:

· Plan and execute merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.

· Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory management to ensure product availability.

3. Build and Maintain Good Relationship with Retailers:

· Establish and nurture strong relationships with key retailers and partners.

· Regularly visit retail locations to ensure proper product placement and address any issues.

4. Explore New Sales Channels:

· Identify and explore new sales channels to expand market reach.

5. Support for Atriums or Special Events:

· Plan and coordinate sales activities for atriums and special events.

· Ensure that all promotional materials and products are prepared and available for events.
