• Coordinating shipping processes and working closely with suppliers, customers, and forwarders to meet business needs.
• Handling full sets of shipping documentation and managing bookings for cargo.
• Setting up workflows for various business segments, covering trading transactions, service fees, and royalty payments.
• Assisting with internal applications, reporting, and tracking key areas like overdue payments, credit lines, and contract collections.
• Supporting the team on initiatives for new trading business development.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, supply chain, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation handling.
• Effective communication in English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise with Chinese suppliers.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SAP or MUGEN system is advantageous.

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Provide a proactive service role to our clients and a supporting role to the FX PB Client
• Executive team in the daily processing, monitoring, and reconciliation of all FX transactions
• Main point of contact for client / administrator operational inquiries
• Monitoring of all FXPB clients related trading within the FXPB matching system
• Participate in the reduction of erroneous errors
• Help Optimize trading flows by seeking operational efficiency

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Client service experience or retail banking experience
• Middle Office or Operations background a plus
• Work experience in the Financial Services Industry is a benefit
