• HR

1. Review and approve monthly salaries with HR Manager.
2. Review and recommend annual bonuses and increments with CEO.
3. Review and approve contracts for new hires.
4. Ensure all staff complete mandatory CPD and training.

• Compliance

1. Liaise directly with MAS to ensure compliance with all regulations at all times.
2. Guide and mentor the company’s Compliance Officer to develop him into an effective Compliance professional.
3. Manage corporate secretary on ACRA timely lodgment and compliance.
4. To ensure the wider team adopt and uphold best practices and act in a compliant manner at all times.
5. Ensure the CEO and Compliance Officer are made aware of:

- Any matter which might expose the Company to a claim, legal action or regulatory action/investigation.

- Any serious disciplinary cases.

- Any substantial failure to comply with the external regulatory and legislative framework.

• Technical Administration

1. Oversee team of three to ensure timely and complete booking of placements.

• Claims

1. Oversee the company’s Claims Manager as needed.

Compliance

Support in daily membership operational matters, with focus on customer service support for inbound and outbound emails and calls relating to membership matters.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Man Membership hotline and manage emails on membership matters

• Inbound calls: Attend to telephone enquiries from members including invoicing and membership fee queries in a professional and customer-centric manner.
• Outbound calls: Contact selected SBF members to inform the members on membership-related matters and address queries during the call.
• Follow communication scripts for both inbound and outbound calls.
• Maintain ownership of calls throughout and follow-up with membership team on escalated matters.
• Attend to email enquiries from members and public on membership matters.
• Follow up on members’ enquiries and requests for assistance.
• Ensure that all calls and emails are recorded in SBF’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for tracking and quality assurance.
• Create and maintain record types of queries raised, for service review and improvement.

2. Update membership database

• Contact companies to verify changes in company’s status.
• Update changes to organisation and individual records from contacting members, and from incoming emails and calls from members.
• Perform updates arising from checking returned mailers sent back to the membership team.

3. Other general administrative duties

• a) Undertake any other ad-hoc admin tasks as and when assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably 2-5 years relevant working experience performing customer-facing duties in Customer Service, Call Centre or other relevant sectors that involve interacting with customers.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice

• Conduct on-site checks and repairs, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, machinery, or systems by conducting regular maintenance activities and performing repairs when necessary.

• Attend to all work orders issued by operations and management and ensure quality works are being carried out on time schedule.

• Coordinate and supervise with contractors on repair works.

• Job may include moving stocks, inventory checks.

• Perform any ad-hoc and daily electrical and mechanical preventive maintenance when required.

• Perform periodic and daily servicing of park's facilities.

• Report and recommend buying of critical spares and consumables for various facilities repair and improvement and participate in facilities improvement projects.

• Ensure all equipment are maintained and operated according to safety standard.

• Ensure compliance to building and fire safety rules and regulations.

• Perform routine and periodic inspections on building services/facilities, submit reports or defect lists to the manager, and carry out necessary rectifications.
• Conduct installations, troubleshooting, and preventive/corrective maintenance on systems such as HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and building management systems.
• Address tenant complaints, service calls, and breakdowns, carry out repairs, and submit relevant maintenance reports to the manager.
• Oversee contractors, ensuring maintenance and repair work is done according to specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Nitec in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in performing building inspections, maintenance, and repairs for Commercial Building.
• Strong knowledge in M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and building management systems).
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
