What’s the role?

You will work with the HR Manager in the following areas:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage our company's payroll, timesheet, attendance, and leave management systems. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR generalist functions, particularly with payroll administration, employee time tracking, attendance monitoring, and leave management processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and the maintenance of employee attendance and leave records.

*Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:*

Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Ensure timely disbursement of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.

Handle payroll queries from employees regarding salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.

Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of payroll information.

Prepare and submit necessary reports related to payroll, taxes, and statutory benefits.

Timesheet Management:

Oversee and manage the timesheet system, ensuring accurate recording of employee work hours.

Ensure compliance with company policies regarding work hours, overtime, and shift patterns.

Review timesheets for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Assist in setting up and maintaining time and attendance systems.

• Manage day-to-day technical operations, including attending daily toolbox meetings, compliance with WSHA.
• Respond to emergency fault calls during office hours/standby duties after office hours in rotating duty roster and ensure timely rectification of issues.
• Liase with users and authority to prepare and submit detailed work proposals for job requests.
• Prepare costing, condition assessment, and proposal for maintenance works.
• Responsible for inventory record, drawings, documentations and defect liability period registers.
• Compile and maintain service reports, licenses/certificates on site.
• Prepare and submit certificate of completion for maintenance works and services monthly, and prepare monthly claims.
• Supervise and follow up with sub-contractors to carry out corrective maintenance/adhoc works and to rectify defects reported by quality control/auality, assurance, auditor/users.
• Check and certify works done by sub-contractors.
• Perform any other technical tasks as and when required.

Office Location: Tuas Naval Base

• Required to communicate well in response to sales enquiries
• Ability to generate quotations for handling of air/sea and local transportation
• Can liaise with all relevant suppliers and co-ordinate the execution of the job, which wil include the need to monitor the shipments and resource planning
• May be required to work on weekends and public holidays occasionally

- Responsible for Full Set accounting. (AP, AR & GL)
- Corporate Tax computations.
- Handle and maintain a spectrum of accounting functions using MYOB.
- Monthly Payroll, CPF submission, and staff claims.
- Follow-up customer outstanding.
- Cashflow management and perform bank statement reconciliation.
- Perform accurate data entry to the account system.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Housekeeping and filing of finance documents.
- In charge of stock inventories and resolve if there any discrepancies.
- Perform month-end closing for the financial report within the timeline.
- Handle Human Resources functions.
- Any ad-hoc tasks will be assigned from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team on Electro-optics and surveillance systems for preventive and corrective maintenance at sites and vessels

• Update all fault reporting documentation for monthly project meeting

• Liaise with customer for maintenance activities

• Perform in house repair of Electro-Optics equipment

• Perform rotational 24x7 standby services for fault recovery works at various locations

• Able to work offshore and work at height

• Support system setup, testing and installation

• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Min ITE certificate / Diploma in electrical / electronic / computer engineering

• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license

• Experienced in Electro-optics System will be an added advantage

• Maintain good documentation and proper filing system.
• Submission & preparation of year-end audit and financial report.

Job Requirements:

1. Associate degree or higher, with preference for candidates from relevant academic disciplines.
2. Minimum of 1 year of professional experience; candidates with backgrounds in business support or copywriting will be prioritized.
3. Demonstrate professionalism, strong interpersonal acumen, and the ability to foster collaboration within teams.
4. Proficient in both written and verbal Chinese and English communication, with proven capability to manage bilingual documentation.
