• Carry out full time supervision for construction of structural works in accordance to BCA approved structural drawings in compliance to Building and Control Act and regulations
• Check that requirements of specifications in regards to materials and workmanship are complied with the project specifications by the Builders. Ensure high quality control for all civil and structural as well as architectural works to be carried . This includes sample tests for materials and workmanship etc
• Watch for faulty workmanship and material incorporated in the works and to issue instructions for rectifications
• Check line and level and layout of structure during erection and that intentions of contract drawings are adhered to
• Check structural slab beam and column sizes and reinforcements placed and that intent of design details are followed
• Keep a record of all measurements and tests and to bring plans into conformity with the work actually executed
• Issue such further instructions and clarifications of details as and when required; and to inform Architect / Engineers for issuance of Architect’s Instruction or Architects' clarification
• Work under the direction of RE, PE and Architect for site organisation, allocation of duties and tasks and coordinate with Architect for M&E services and structural design that affects architectural and ID works.
• Participate in Client/Consultant's site meeting and technical meeting if required by RE
• Vet and signoff inspection forms and quality related issues including all dry-lays, trade demonstrations, method of statements, mock-ups, defects inspection and rectification follow-up to sign-off, M&E testing and commissioning, handover to client.
• Check architectural and ID works and intent of design details are followed. To notify Architect of any design intent conflicts and quality variations, illegal works.

What you will need:

• Registered with IES-ACES Joint accreditation Committee ( JAC ) as Resident Technical Officer with a minimum diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification

Job Description:
- Managing and updating official social media and website
- Copywriting for social media, website, articles, monthly newsletter (B2C & B2B)
- Brainstorming and proposing new promotional plans to boost brand image and awareness
- Preparing press releases
- Managing community outreach (speaking to community leaders, YouTuber collaborations)
- Managing digital promotion (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Tailor promotional plans to fit each product release
- Data analysis (social media, surveys, ads)
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Communications
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong understanding of social media/digital marketing platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.
- Proficiency in Japanese language is an added advantage, both written and oral, to liaise with Japanese speaking associates when required.
- Willingness to learn the trading card games in order to boost promotion of the brand and product
- Have working knowledge in games, anime, and popular or internet culture will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Reporting to HR Manager/ Senior HR, this incumbent is responsible for full spectrum of Human Resource services and support including assisting in the preparation of payroll in a timely and accurate manner.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process of local and overseas employees including work pass matters relating to application, renewals, termination
• Liaise with regulatory / authorities for employment matters, e.g. Ministry of Manpower, Immigration & Checkpoints Authority, Ministry of Health, Singapore Medical Council, Allied Health Professionals
• Manage staff movements, contract renewals, attend and manage both frontline and office employees’ queries
• On-boarding and ensuring full integration into company and also off-boarding for all employees
• Assist in the process of monthly payroll using SmartHRMS HR & Payroll system as well as maintain and update employee records and personal data in HRIS system
• Manage performance review, annual salary review and bonus payment processes
• Involve, manage HR projects and organise employee engagement activities
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Human Resources or relevant qualification
• Possess at least 2 years human resources experience as a 360 HR practitioner
• Meticulous, possess numerical critical reasoning skills

As an EO Associate Engineer, you will be responsible for Electro-optics system site support, perform troubleshooting, fault diagnosis and failure analysis to determine the cause of failure for the system. Diagnose and repair EO system issues in lab by using logical, step-by-step approaches to ensure minimal downtime for the customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team on Electro-optics and surveillance systems for preventive and corrective maintenance at sites and vessels

• Update all fault reporting documentation for monthly project meeting

• Liaise with customer for maintenance activities

• Perform in house repair of Electro-Optics equipment

• Perform rotational 24x7 standby services for fault recovery works at various locations

• Able to work offshore and work at height

• Support system setup, testing and installation

• Perform other duties as assigned by superior

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Min ITE certificate / Diploma in electrical / electronic / computer engineering

• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving license

• Experienced in Electro-optics System will be an added advantage
