Job Overview

Assist in preparation of payroll and related functions for the organization. Maintain and update pay history for Asia Pacific branches. Generate month end and ad-hoc reports.

What you’ll do (responsibilities)

1. Create Payroll database for all staff locally.
2. Maintain and update pay history records for Asia-Pacific branches.
3. Calculate commissions, overtime payments and other allowances for the regions.
4. Prepare Legislative Reports inclusive of monthly statutory payment.
5. Print monthly and commission pay advice and distribute to staff.
6. Assist in preparation of payroll reports and month end closing.
7. Attend to enquiries from staff on payroll related matters.
8. Provide administrative duties as and when required.

What you’ll need (qualifications)

• Candidate must possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related.
• At least 2 -3 years of relevant working experience.

Required skills:

• Analytical and have a flair for figures
• Good understanding of labour laws
• Proficient in MS excel
• Proficient in Peoplesoft will be an added advantage

Summary:

• to support team by servicing existing clients’ requirements; inclusive of all contractual maintenance and reporting.
• performance of contractual and ad hoc invoicing requirements.

1. Contract Fulfilment/Invoicing:

• Timely and accurate distribution of all documentation including new/renewed contracts
• Monitoring of existing contracts so as to ensure timely notification of upcoming renewals
• Contracts are issued in a timely and efficient manner and ensuring a signed copy is held on file and in Salesforce.com
• Salesforce - Ensuring integrity of client and contract information on Salesforce.com through the accurate input of client/contract data for billing purposes
• Invoicing – ensuring invoices are issued correctly and accurately
• Acting as first point of contact for invoice dispute management
• Interdepartmental communication – Representing Client Services to internal department (Operations, Finance and Marketing) so as to ensure client needs are satisfied

2. Account Management / Client Liaison:

• Provide client activity reports as per the agreed client specific service agreements in an accurate and timely manner
• Respond to client service requests in an efficient manner and coordinate the involvement and reports of other departments where appropriate
• Preparation and communication of activity reports to clients via telephone and face-to-face

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree
• Account Management Experience
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com
• Previous reporting/contractual experience
• Previous exposure to retail banking industry helpful
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers

• Generate and drive new solutions and business ideas
