Overview and Objective of the Position

The Marketing Officer will work collaboratively with the Marketing and Admissions team in the execution and evaluation of marketing strategies that contribute to growth of domestic student enrolments at Curtin Singapore.

Accounts Officer/Executive, Income Audit (Open to Fresh Graduates)

You will be integral in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the hotel’s financial performance. Key responsibilities include verifying and reporting hotel revenues, reviewing supporting documentation submitted to the Accounting team, and preparing the Daily Revenue Report. • Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations to confirm that balances align with the outstanding credit card balance per the reconciliations.

• Regularly review General Ledger accounts for Room, Food & Beverage, Amusement, and General Sales and Value Added Taxes, preparing a monthly summary of activity.
• Collaborate with the Director of Finance to approve the summary, comparing taxable revenue on the monthly P&L statement to the liability balance at month-end, and resolve any discrepancies.
• Safeguard the hotel’s assets by reviewing credits issued by the Rooms and Food & Beverage Division, ensuring they serve a valid business purpose and have proper managerial approval.

Trust Administrator Officer

- Assist in setting up trust structures and the client on-boarding process.

- Act as point of contact for clients, liaise with clients on the administration of trust accounts.

- Day-to day duties includes attend to client queries, coordinate trust account activities, carry out trustee function, and properly document the account files.
