This person will be working at the NUS Centre for Biomedical Ethics on the CENTRES (Clinical Ethics Network + Research Ethics Support) project. CENTRES was established in 2009 and has been funded by the Ministry of Health since its founding.    - Understands the terms of the grant and alerts the CENTRES Co-Director if proposed expenditures are not concordant with those terms.
   
5. Drafts and updates standard operating procedures to enable the smooth conduct of our programmes and the efficient management of our financial accounts.
6. Creates the materials to promote programmatic activities in various media such as print and online.
7. Ensures that our processes comply with NUS & MOH guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in any discipline, with at least 3 years working experience.
• Candidates with no experience, or those with less than 3 years working experience, who are analytical thinkers, fast learners, detailed-oriented, and focused may be considered.
• Experience in budgeting and grant management principles preferred.
• Project management experience a plus.
