• HR Systems and Technology: Work closely with the HR Operations COE, Global Technology team to leverage technology platforms (Workday, Phenom People, LinkedIn, and other HR related business applications such as the internal and external websites and external job and careers sites) to deliver value to business leaders and individuals using simple, streamlined processes. • Governance & Compliance: Effectively anticipate and manage risks associated with people and take a holistic approach to proactively audit and monitor HR systems and processes for compliance and consistency with relation to legislation and global requirements. About You:

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business or human resources.
• Minimum of 4 years of Talent Acquisition experience in an in-house or RPO environment, ideally within a high-volume hiring environment
• Industry knowledge of Commercial Real Estate / Facilities management and experience in Singapore is preferred
• Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques, familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.) is advantageous

• Monitor strict compliance of “Permit to Work” system at worksite & explain the importance to workers at the time of safety talk/tool box meeting
• Coordinate Environmental Control Committee Meeting and implement all environmental control programs
