What You’ll Do

• Work with facilities team in managing the building services (CCTV/ Premises Access/ Chiller/ Carpark Gantry), church services and events etc.
• Partner with Pastoral staff to ensure that our facilities are able to support the Campus’ ministries needs

Overview and Objective of the Position

The Marketing Officer will work collaboratively with the Marketing and Admissions team in the execution and evaluation of marketing strategies that contribute to growth of domestic student enrolments at Curtin Singapore.

Role Overview

As Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing the commercial strategy for Proton Therapy. You will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading our sales, marketing and the business development of the company. A deep understanding of healthcare services, advanced medical technologies, and the evolving needs of patients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders is required. You will ensure that Proton Therapy's innovative services are effectively positioned, promoted, and delivered to drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to grow revenue

streams across all product lines, focusing on proton therapy, radiation therapy, theranostics, diagnostic

imaging, nuclear imaging, PET/CT, and wellness services.

• Revenue Generation: Identify, develop, and manage revenue-generating opportunities in new markets and

with potential healthcare partners, providers, and institutions.

• Sales Leadership: Lead the sales and marketing teams, fostering a performance-driven culture to meet and

exceed revenue targets.

• Marketing Strategy: Oversee the development of marketing initiatives that raise brand awareness, enhance patient engagement, and communicate the unique value of our services.

• Market Expansion: Drive business development and expansion locally and regionally both B2B and B2C.

• Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, insurance

companies, and other strategic partners to expand patient access to advanced therapies and diagnostic

tools.

• Customer Experience: Ensure the delivery of exceptional patient and customer service, enhancing

satisfaction and loyalty across all service lines.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to evaluate market trends, customer needs, and competitive

dynamics to make informed business decisions.

• Innovation Leadership: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and market trends in medical technologies and

wellness services to keep the company’s offerings competitive and innovative.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in a commercial leadership role, ideally within healthcare services,

medical technologies, or life sciences

• Deep knowledge and experience in managing and growing services related to advanced medical

technologies, such as proton therapy, radiation therapy, theranostics, diagnostic imaging, nuclear imaging,

PET/CT, and wellness services.

• Strong track record in revenue generation, business development, and market expansion in a complex

healthcare environment.

• Exceptional leadership skills with experience in managing high-performing teams across sales, marketing,

and business development functions.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to drive innovation and adapt to a

dynamic healthcare landscape.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with internal and external

stakeholders.

• Experience in establishing partnerships with healthcare institutions, pharmaceutical companies, insurance

providers, or other relevant stakeholders.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management, or a related field. MBBS/MD/PhD would be

an advantage

• Supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical building works, both permanent and temporary

Criteria:

- Min 3 years of experience in tunnelling or supervision of installation of monitoring instruments, collation of monitoring data and use of software for presentation of monitoring data for analysis and interpretation.

- Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering

- Possess a valid RTO cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

- Possess a valid RTO (Tunnel) cert by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS Singapore

Trust Administrator Officer

- Assist in setting up trust structures and the client on-boarding process.

- Act as point of contact for clients, liaise with clients on the administration of trust accounts.

- Day-to day duties includes attend to client queries, coordinate trust account activities, carry out trustee function, and properly document the account files.

- Carry out day-to-day unit trust administration duties for unit trust accounts and ensure that net asset valuation reports are prepared and delivered to unitholders on timely basis.

- Assist in the opening of banking and custodian accounts on behalf of trust accounts.

- Conduct periodic review of assigned trust accounts to ensure that they are being administered in accordance with company policies, jurisdiction and legal requirements.

- Ensure that all accounts met regulatory requirements and to report any breaches.

- To acquire and enhance technical skills where required, keep abreast of market developments.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in wealth planning, trust and other fiduciary services. Working experience in unit trust administration preferred.

• Professionally qualified – STEP or ICSA or studying towards the qualification.

• Proactive, responsible, attention to detail, strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.

Project site supervision, inspection, documentation and coordination for structural, architectural, M&E works for public housing project

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· To assist the Consultant in supervision of the construction of the Structural Works under the Building Control Act.

· To assist the Consultants in supervision of the construction of the Architectural and M&E works as required by the Consultants and the Developer.

· To ensure all works on site, including installation methods and materials used are in accordance to contract specifications and approved drawings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Experience in precast structural works, prefabricated bathroom unit construction works and able to supervise architectural works or M&E works are essential. Candidates who are able to supervise inter-discipline works would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• On-site Supervision of the following areas: Architectural;

• Support and coordinate with the manning agent to ensure the availability of qualified and competent crew following the Company’s recruitment policy, STCW, MLC, and flag state requirements.
• To ensure efficient management and administration of crew welfare and to make regular shipboard visits to ensure crew performances are on par with expectations.
• To provide assistance and data on the preparation of budget and management reporting
• To ensure timely response on any ships’ and crew members’ issue
