Job Description:

• Responsible for recruitment process from job posting, candidates sourcing and screening, coordination of interviews, and administrative components involved.
• Processing of work passes application, renewal and cancellation.
• Register and update OFWAS.
• Manage onboarding and off-boarding administration.
• Handling WICA claims and liaising with insurers.
• Administer and renewal of staff and general insurances.
• Process and maintain purchase orders to suppliers
• Attend to visitors, in-coming telephone, incoming mails & faxes
• Ensure all documents are kept/filled in proper for quick retrieve
• Monitor all office & depot equipment are serviced/maintained/tested as per schedule
• Any other ad hoc duties

Requirement:

• At least 1 to 3 years of HR experience in Singapore
• Experience in using INFO-TECH is an added advantage
• Familiar with HR practices and well-versed with Employment Act and MOM regulations
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
• Good communication skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous with attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills

This role will be on 1 year contract, renewal subject to business operations needs.

Job Description

-Involve in daily operation of Command Centre operations and maintain occurrence report

-Coordinate and follow up the reporting of defects

-Conduct virtual patrol and prepare virtual patrol report. Manage and respond to security incidents according to SOP. Provide real-time update on investigation

-Deal with feedback, queries and suggestions received

-Provide guidance to security officer on site for project management

-Any other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

-Candidate must possess O level or Diploma

-Must possess a Security License with PWM grade of SS or Above. SSO with a good understanding of security operations will be considered as well.

-Well-spoken & good command of English

-Good in Microsoft office such as word, excel and power point

-Knowledge of emergency response procedures and protocols

-Able to work 12 hours shift including weekends or Public Holiday (depend on roster)

-Candidates with Command Center experiences will be an advantage
