• Mondays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:15pm
• Alternate-Saturdays: 8.00am to 12.00pm (work-from-home arrangement)

Roles & Responsibilites:

- Work Pass related issues such as application, renewal, cancellation, appeals, security bonds

- Assist on foreign worker repatriation matters (e.g Flight arrangment)

- Onboarding of foreign workers (flight to Singapore, dormitory arrangment etc)

- Liaise with dormitory regarding tenancy renewal, check in/out, home leave

- Apply courses for foreign workers when needed

- Handle day-to-day HR duties like, insurance claims, upkeeping of FW data excel

- Preparing of employment contracts, confirmation letters

- Renewing of company's insurance

- Any adhoc task as required by the management

Requirements:

- PR/Singaporean

- No prior experience needed

- Willing to learn

- Basic MSwords and excel

- Communication skills

Working hours: Office hours
