Job Scope:

• Handle full set accounts.
• Manage stock inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Oversee staff management functions, such as payroll, recruitment, employee well-being, training, problem-solving, and enforcing HR policies.
• Assist with roadshows and promotional events (weekends) as required.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the management team.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a food factory or manufacturing environment.
• Fast learner with a keen eye for detail, strong commitment, and a positive mindset.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in MS Office and UBS software is a must.
• Fluency in multiple languages is a significant advantage – please indicate your language proficiency in your resume. Ablility to liaise with employees who do not speak English will be a plus point.
• Must be prepared to handle diverse tasks and contribute to the growth of the company.
