Responsibilities

• Deploy and support workplace safety and health (WSH) programs.
• Carry out initiatives to bolster WSH programs.
• Conduct safety inductions, orientations, and compliance explanations.
• Address WSH non-compliance and unsafe practices while promoting improvements.
• Participate in WSH compliance inspections and routine work checks.
• Collect data on WSH performance, conditions, and practices.
• Manage instances of non-compliance and unsafe conditions.
• Support incident and accident management, investigations, and preventive actions.
• Develop and enhance workplace safety and health management systems (WSHMS).
• Establish quality management policies and procedures, monitor compliance, and ensure fire safety preparedness.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of HSSE/ WSH working experience
• Ability to start work within short notice will be an added advantage

Job Description

• Verify building defects and to coordinate with the contractors to access rooms to carry out work.
• Attend and verify all enquiries/feedback of building defects pertaining to maintenance, landscape, cleaning, and pest control in the premises are carried out/rectified to the highest standard expected of the building owner and meet the SLA.
• Carry out room inspections during mass check in/out exercises, AV and logistics set up for conference events/facilities bookings.
• To follow-up for contractors' quotations.
• Any other duties may also be reviewed to ensure the estate is well managed.

Job Requirement

• At least Diploma in Estate/Facilities Management/Building & Construction/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing buildings especially in all building related matters and M&E services.
