• Able to handle electrical work, logistics, independent and able to work under pressure
• Able to handle heavy load of goods up to 50kg
• Prefer Possess a valid Class 3/4 license with good driving track records

Position Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set accounts for the department / business.
• Involved in accounting / bookkeeping function such as AP / AR entries, invoicing, payment processing and follow-up.
• Will also perform quotation, SOA and liaise with subsidiaries and corporate secretary tax agents and auditors.
• May be assigned other accounting functions from time to time.

Position Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent field.
• 2 years working experience accounting principles, bookkeeping management, taxation, processing.
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially MS Excel, knowledge in QuickBook Accounting system a strong advantage.

Role: Customer Admin Officer

Duration: 12 months contract - renewable based on demand

Location: Pasir Panjang, Singapore

· Update of Payment Status of credit card, PayNow payments into the system.

· Study financial details in supporting documents

· Verify financial details against supporting documents

· Amend incorrect financial details and update passed status

· Verify financial grading and process GSR details for approval

· Educate applicants on achieving the desired grading

· Advise applicant on submission of GSR online

· Report and liaise with GeBIZ Service Centre on system encountered problem for prompt resolution.

· Contact, email and follow up with applicant on submission of supporting document and payment

· Track all GSR applications, timely till closure as per SLA

· Collate daily, weekly and monthly statistics for reporting to Ministry of Finance.
