Responsibilities
- Provide Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) enforcement support
- Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes.
- Ensure all work practices comply with company safety policy and WSH act
- Advise on work plan / Risk Assessment / safe work procedures
- Recommend / take reasonably practical action to eliminate any foreseeable risk to any person who is at work in that workplace.
- Inspect and examine any machinery, equipment, plant, installation or article in the workplace.
- Organize safety & health awareness program for the site.
- Compile all relevant report and records, carry out daily safety inspection
- Conduct site safety & health audit.
- Conduct site safety & health meeting and prepare reports for relevant parties.
- Prepare hazard analysis reports.
- Prepare safety & health management programs and ensures effective implementation.
- Inspect and examine workplace records, certificates, notices and documents kept or kept under the WSHA.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Project Manager
Requirements
o Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent
o Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer with MOM
o Minimum 3 years of WSHO experience in LTA projects, preferably with Tunneling projects
