Job scope

· To respond to M&E facilitates operations cases to provide technical knowledge and advice for site issue

· Manage a team of in-house Technician including roster planning, to carry out day-to-day building M&E services.

· To manage sub - contractors in fitting out and A&A projects and ensure adherence to building’s regulation guideline

· To conduct preventive M&E maintenance to ensure smooth facilities operation.

· To manage minor A&A works M&E project

· To Coordinate with client, vendor, internal team. External contractor

· To liaise with vendor for cost comparisons and liase with client for building M&E contract renewal.

· To adhere to SLAs (Service Level Agreements)

· 4 years of Facilities operations.

Duties

• To perform day to day accounting and administration functions to ensure proper internal controls, compliance to local government/ company policies & requirements, implementing efficient finance and accounting procedures for the country. • Confidently share information about TWC programmes with current and potential customers to achieve the centre’s sales target.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable programmes to enhance their experience and satisfaction with TWC programmes.
• Proactively follow up on leads, arrange trial lessons, and assist customers in signing up for programmes.
• Respond to phone, email, and walk-in queries promptly and effectively.
• Actively participate in marketing promotional events, campaigns and outreach efforts to boost TWC programmes’ visibility and drive enrolments.

Customer Service
