The Services required are set out as follows:
The Student Management Officer will collaborate with the Discipline team to provide professional service in planning, implementing, and enforcing the school's student management processes.
The officer will work with the school’s Student Management Team on the followings:
Scope of work: Job Responsibilities:
Student Discipline and Monitoring • Conduct regular patrols of school premises and nearby areas
• Oversee school discipline during assigned hours
• Document and file discipline cases
• Investigate and manage minor discipline cases
• Monitor and follow up on recalcitrant offenders
• Address uniform and grooming issues
Supervision and Support • Supervise students on in-school suspension
• Oversee student guidance and engagement programmes as scheduled
• Assist with student management, including supervision during school activities and recess.
• Able to provide basic counselling to students.
External Liaison • Liaise with external agencies when necessary, ensuring proper handover of ongoing cases between shifts
Security and Safety • Assist with review of school CCTV system during assigned shift
Administrative Support • Assist Internal Assessment Committee with escort duties during examinations as per shift schedule
• Provide administrative and technical support as required during the assigned shift
Additional Responsibilities • During HBL days and school holidays, officers will be attached to the School Admin Team and/or School Operations Team to assist with administrative tasks and operational duties as assigned.
