Job Description

First Officer Requirements

• Total Fixed Wings Flight Time of more than 1500 Hours on aeroplanes with MTMA of 5700kg or more.

License Requirements

• A Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore issued ICAO CPL(A)/ ATPL(A) (foreign ATPL will be required to undergo licence conversion which requires an instrument rating and a proficiency check that has a minimum of 6 months' validity.)
• Demonstrate the ability to speak and understand English with a minimum of ICAO level 4.
• Satisfy all vaccination requirements as required by CAAS.

Training Co-Payment & Training Bond

• Where applicable, successful candidates will be trained to acquire an Aircraft Type Rating for the assigned fleet.
• Successful candidates who are provided with type rating training will be subjected to a co-payment of the training cost and will be required to enter a training bond.

What’s Next

• Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a series of online aptitude tests.
• Shortlisted applicants after online assessment stage will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre in Singapore. The Assessment Centre will consist of a group stage and an individual interview.
• Successful candidates will need to attend a Simulator Assessment and MMPI Assessment.

The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:

• Provide on-site support various teams within organization
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service
• Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management
• Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents through vending and parcel locker machines at the three primary locations when needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.
• Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works required to the infrastructure.
• Provide administrative support and content to drive the monthly promotion
• Provide administrative and operational support to plan, organise and conduct up to two monthly complimentary employee-related initiatives to improve employee productivity across the three buildings, such as sourcing and deployment of food trucks.
• Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge, the proposed manpower will escalate the service requests/status enquiries/feedback to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS) for case resolution
• Provide logistics and AV support for events organised within the three primary locations when needed.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline
• Strong service excellence mind-set
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) will be advantageous

• Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Deployed to 1 location)
• Salary: $2,200 - $2,700

Responsibilities

Compliance Management & Support:

• Assist in implementing and maintaining compliance programs, ensuring adherence to local and global regulatory requirements.
• Support the development and execution of compliance-related policies, procedures, and controls.

Develop, Implement, and Oversee AML/CFT Policies and Procedures:

• Ensure compliance with local and international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CFT) regulations.
• Design, implement, and regularly update policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Policy & Regulatory Alignment:

• Ensure global and regional policies align with applicable regulations and effectively communicate them across the organization.
• Monitor regulatory changes and trends, assessing their impact on the organization.

Compliance Technology & Approvals:

• Evaluate and recommend compliance technology solutions to meet regulatory requirements and mitigate risk.
• Stay informed about emerging compliance technologies and provide input on potential implementations.

Team Collaboration & Development:

• Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure effective communication and coordination on compliance matters.
• Provide guidance to team members and promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.

Board & Regulatory Reporting Support:

• Prepare compliance reports for senior management and the board of directors.
• Support management in handling communications and reporting with regulatory bodies.

Regulatory Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor regulatory developments and analyze their impact on the organization.
• Assist in preparing regulatory reports and other required documentation.

Project Management & Strategic Support:

• Manage compliance-related projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in compliance management within the financial industry, particularly in cross-border and payments fields.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of global and regional regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Professional certifications such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or equivalent are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with team members and senior management.
• Familiarity with compliance technology solutions is a plus.
