Responsibilities
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with existing customers
Develop and implement cargo sales and marketing strategies for the assigned airline product
Seek new customers for additional revenue opportunities and increase market share for the assigned airline product
Feedback market intelligence to management to stay relevant and formulate sales/pricing strategies
Work closely with customer service & operations team to maximize customer satisfaction
Support business development efforts of the organization
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
Experience in cargo / airfreight industry will be an advantage
Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work independently with pro-active attitude
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office
5.5 work week for this position
