The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up efficient bookkeeping systems for clients, generating precise financial statements, calculating taxes, and maintaining meticulous records. Additionally, this role involves general office administration tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage bookkeeping systems for clients to maintain accurate financial records.
• Generate financial statements on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Calculate and process taxes according to established regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of financial transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Oversee general office maintenance to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Check and manage incoming correspondence and the office letterbox.
• Support the team with administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in accounting or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in accounting.
• Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office suite.
• Ability to thrive in a startup environment, adapt quickly, and work effectively in a dynamic setting.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.

Job Description & Requirements

• Work closely with the project team on environmental issues such as noise monitoring, pollution, vector control, air pollution, water pollution and drainage, prevention & control of infectious diseases, food hygiene, solid waste management, chemical storage & disposal, and haze response procedure. Ensure compliance with the latest environmental regulations.
