• Prepare invoices and supporting documents for trade facility applications.
• Monitor invoices without Goods Received Notes (GRN) and coordinate with the Sales Team for resolution.
• Track advance payments to vendors until invoices are matched to GRN and posted in the ERP system.
• Post all trade accounts payable transactions to the ERP system.
• Reconcile vendor statements of accounts with ERP records.
• Address year-end audit inquiries related to accounts payable.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Head of Accounting and Finance.

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE secondary school located in Yishun.

Contract Period: from 1 Apr 2025 to 31 Dec 2025

Option to Extend: for a further period of 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00am to 4:30am, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break.
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1 hr lunch break.

The services required are set out as follows:

• Being a strong advocate of Positive Discipline.
• Supporting the Student Discipline Unite in creation and maintaining of a positive school tone during school hours by patrolling the school compound (classroom blocks, toilets, special rooms etc) and engaging identified at-risk students and general student body.
• Supporting the Student Discipline Unite in investigating serious offences and engaging parents, if need be:
• Assists the Student Discipline Unit in maintaining and upkeep of disciplinary records (print & soft copies)
• Assist in Intervention Programmes (e.g. In-House Suspension Detention Casses & Students-In-Risk counselling) run by Student Discipline Unite: AND
• Making routine checks in the school premises (during school hours) and nearby areas outside the school (as when required) such as nearby neighborhood void decks etc to ensure that students are not engaging in unauthorized or improper activities, as deployed by the Student Discipline Unit.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• At least O level Certificate with 3 passes.

The Role

• Patrol all areas of the property. Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures. Identify and report safety concerns to maintain a safe work environment.
• Inspect facility, equipment and access points to determine that all are in good order.
• Monitor footage from surveillance cameras, assess and maintain compliance and safety.
• Verify proper functioning of physical security systems.

About You

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels
• Experience in the loss prevention work would be an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office would be an advantage
