Brief on the Role

Ferco is looking to hire an ambitious and energetic Graduate Sales
Executive to work with the Repair and Maintenance division of Ferco
Singapore. The successful candidate will work directly under the Manager of the division and assist in generating profitable new business for the company, assist with proposals and tenders for incoming enquiries as well as aid the Manager in the day to day running of the operation. This is a full time role based in Hillview in Singapore.

Duties

• Understand the market and find new avenues to generate

business to hit department targets

• Find new avenues of growth through long-term service contracts

to augment ad-hoc business.

• Assist in preparing proposals and quotations for incoming

enquiries

• Prepare information and assist the Manager with tender

submissions

• Provide input and assist with new digital and traditional marketing

campaigns

• Follow up on submitted proposals and work closely with the

Manager to foster strong relationships with customers
• Create and track submitted proposals and report status to the

Manager

• Develop an appropriate network of industry contacts and reach

out with direct marketing tools

• Liaise with manufacturers of products to study problems,

troubleshoot technical questions and relay information back to Manager

• Represent InterMoor at trade exhibitions and events as required

• Accompany the Manager for client meetings as needed.

We are looking for an Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate governance best practices.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

- Provide high-level administrative support to our Senior Management, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.

- Screen, organise and prioritise incoming information before disseminating them to the Senior Management.

- Support the Senior Management in making well-informed decisions by providing relevant information and options.

- Anticipate work essentials, troubleshoot issues, and suggest solutions proactively.

Board and Committee Management:

- Organize and prepare agendas, materials and logistics for board and committee meetings, ensuring timely distribution of relevant documents, and recording accurate minutes during meetings.

- Support the onboarding process for new Directors and contribute to the training and development of directors.

Compliance Oversight:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies and procedures. Keep abreast of corporate governance best practices.

Annual Report:

- Assist in the preparation of the company's annual report, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy of information.

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information, oversee relevant sections of the report, and facilitate the audit process.

Event Coordination:

- Coordinate events, conferences and business trips, ensuring seamless execution.

Requirements:

As an Executive, Finance, you will be responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices, payments, and related financial documentation. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently within deadlines, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate payment processing while supporting system implementation and audit processes.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage invoices and vendor payments, aged payables reports, balance sheet schedules (e.g., prepayments, accruals, work in progress, recoverables), SOA reconciliation and accruals, fixed asset schedules, depreciation, and assigning fixed asset ID tags.
• Maintain annual fixed asset and petty cash counts
• Verify invoices against purchase orders and confirm the receipt of goods or services
• Assemble, review, and process invoices for payment; ensure timely vendor payments
• Assist in system implementation and audits
• Contribute to optimizing current processes to shorten month-end closing timelines
• Provide additional support as needed to ensure the organization meets its payment obligations

Requirements:
