The IT Support Officer will ensure the integrity and stability of in-house ICT systems that support key organisational functions across the client business. • Prepare HR reports with manpower headcounts and costs to facilitate management decisions.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions entry for Accountant Invoices / Reports / contact customers, supporting internal audits and compliance requirements.
• Control and process Accounts Receivable as well as Account Payable
• Follow-up closely with overdue debtors.
• Handle production costs calculation via setting up bill of materials
• Inventory management and ecording into accounting system
• Liaise and Support with various departments on daily operation and reporting.
• Assist in preparing month-end reporting schedules including stock take.
• Participate in financial reviews and year end audits

HR Responsibilities:
