Job Description

Your role will involve:

• Handling walk-in/over-the-counter registrations, telephone calls and email enquiries
• Providing good customer service and maintain good relationship with stakeholders/devotees
• Processing payments using online/mobile registrations, PayNow & NETS
• Able to handle applications of work passes, government-related applications, etc.
• Able to promote centre's programmes & securing programme sign-ups
• Demonstrate good office work initiative & ownership
• Assist with administrative support and ad-hoc duties when required

Job Requirements

• GCE O/A Level/ITE/Diploma, with around 2 years of relevant experience in customer service or in a service-oriented environment.
• Comfortable with front-facing duties - provide good customer service, polite and cheerful demeanour, able to take initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) on both desktop and browser
• Bilingual in English and Chinese; both written and spoken
• Good organization and administrative skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively with minimal supervision
• Positive-mindset, team-player, problem-solver and energetic attitude
• Preferably residing in the East
• Able to work for a 5-day work week and must be able to work on weekends

The Role

• Work closely with Category Managers on generating and updating of planograms
• Ensure timely planogram roll out and modules update
• Clearly communicate to stores on planogram changes and delisted item listing
• Planning of store layout for new & refit stores
• Work closely with Category Managers on brand IDs and cosmetics, and Area Managers on off shelf displays
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors on the design and installation of counters for new & refit stores
• Update necessary modules for new & refit stores in My.Spaceman and SAP
• Any adhoc projects and tasks assigned

About You

• Minimum A level/Diploma holder
• Min 1 years of retail experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, passionate and detailed in work
• Able to work independently in a fast pace environment

5. Collaboration with Operations Team:

• Liaise with the catering operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.
