• Coordinate events, trade shows, sponsorships, and other promotional activities to build brand awareness and engage target audiences.

• Write engaging, search engine-optimized content for the website and external blog posts to increase visibility and drive traffic.
• Monitor the ROI of various online marketing campaigns, identifying areas for optimization.
• Manage the organization’s social media accounts, tailoring copy to suit different platforms and audiences.
• Maintain a content calendar for social media, ensuring regular and relevant postings.
• Stay informed about social media trends and innovations, recommending and adopting new channels and approaches as needed.
• Monitor social media for mentions of the company, responding to and engaging with customers to build strong relationships and enhance brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Filing and sorting accounting documents
• Data entry into accounting system – mainly AP related entries (including coding of office vendor invoices and expense claims)
• Updating excel worksheets (tracking of team bonding budget & other office events like CNY etc)

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with 2 years relevant experience or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent

• Independent as well as a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication and organizational skills, good initiative, high degree of accuracy, analytical and meticulous
