• Lead and support front-line and back-office staff, including receptionists and administrative personnel
• Oversee management of patient appointments, follow-ups, and record-keeping efficiently
• Address and resolve inquiries, complaints, disputes and issues with patients / external stakeholders with professionalism
• Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and healthcare professionals as needed
• Actively source and strategies to smoothen operational flows and enhance patient experience
• Work with external partners / clients / vendors (e.g. laboratory services) in ensuring accurate billing, and troubleshooting associated disputes
• Ensure proper filing and storage of medical forms, reports, and legal documents

• Regular checks and audits on claims submission e.g. PMI, CPF, Govt Agencies etc.
• Regular checks and audits on payment collections of credit card, cash, NETS and cheques from patients
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
• Monitor clinic performance metrics and develop improvement plans when necessary
• Support management in identifying opportunities for process improvement
• Any other duties as may be assigned by Immediate Supervisor and/or the Management

Qualification & Experience:-

• Min Diploma and above
• Experience in managing outpatient clinic operations and/or experience in GP Setting
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and leadership skills
• Proficient in clinic management software, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools

Role Description

The Group Risk Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the overall risk management strategy for DigiFT, ensuring that all risks across operational, financial, compliance, and strategic areas are identified, assessed, and mitigated. The role will involve working closely with senior leadership to ensure that risk management processes are aligned with the company’s objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s risk management framework and policies to identify, assess, manage, and mitigate risks.
• Oversee risk management across all areas including financial, operational, compliance, cyber, strategic, and reputational risks.
• Lead the company’s efforts to ensure that risk management processes are aligned with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Advise the senior management team and the board on emerging risks and the effectiveness of risk mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure a culture of risk awareness and compliance across the organization.
• Lead and conduct risk assessments for new projects, products, services, and market expansions.

Trust Officer

The Trust Officer reports to the Manager, Trust Services, and is responsible for the management of a portfolio of more complex trusts and companies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maximizing and developing the client relationship potential by reading trust deeds and related documents pertaining to trusts and companies.
• Acting as a representative of the Trust company to beneficiaries, advisors, colleagues and staff.
• Authorizing and committing the Trust company on transactions.
• Maintaining awareness of operational risk and identifying possible problems to managers and staff.
• Taking an active role in contacting clients and resolving their concerns, while referring complex issues of judgment, ethics or compliance to management.

Role and Responsibilities

• To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions
• Work closely with internal departments and external vendors to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies if any
• To assist senior financial officers as needed or other accounting duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager
• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment
• Review and process employee expense reports
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry on monthly basis and submit to Account Manager
• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation
• Generate purchase orders when necessary
• Obtain and print signatures on all checks
• Process and code invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in Finance. Associate’s degree or background in business or equivalent.
