The Recruitment Process

Our recruitment process starts with a telephone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team, followed by an assessment for you to complete in your own time. If successful, you will be invited to an interview. Our standard recruitment process lasts around 1 month however, this can be adapted if necessary.

The role will ideally commence in early 2025. However, we have start dates available every month of the year and you will be asked to state your availability on your application form. Whilst there are no set application deadlines, we strongly recommend applying as early as possible so that we can begin processing your application. Summary

Guest Services Executive focuses on customer service and foster relationships with other departments to ensure that guests’ needs are met. He/She is responsive to activities that take place at the Front Office area and is a point of contact for guest upon their arrival until their departure from the hotel. He/She supervises the front desk in the absence of the Duty Manager, attend to guest feedbacks and attempt to perform first person recovery steps.

About the role

Crown Equipment is currently seeking an individual to join the Sales Team based in our Singapore Branch Office as a Territory Executive.

As a Territory Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding the market reach by building and maintaining customer relationships.
