1. Provide support to the Branch’s day-to-day AML/CFT operations, including real-time and post transaction monitoring, batch screening reviews, onboarding and periodic review of high-risk customers, STR filing, reviewing changes in customer risk profile, and maintaining system integrity of the AML System.

The IT Support Officer will ensure the integrity and stability of in-house ICT systems that support key organisational functions across the client business. • PR with non-local diploma, and NITEC holders, will be considered for Customer Service Agent role instead
• Cheerful with pleasant communication skills
• Proficient in English and a second language for effective communication with international passengers
• Comfortable with working 6-days work week, rotational shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Overnight)
