Objectives of the Role:

• Document all visuals and investigation reports.

Requirements:

Introduction

We are looking to hire a highly motivated, intellectually curious and team-oriented individual with strong interest in fintech, digital assets, payments space. Based in Singapore and reporting to the Chief Compliance Officer, the successful candidate would have the opportunity to shape and

influence the firm's compliance program and culture. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with strong interpersonal/communication skills, exercise sound judgment and be able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Description

● Establish and maintain effective regulatory and AML compliance framework and internal

controls in the firm.

● Conduct KYC reviews for new and existing accounts in accordance with the Group CDD

requirements.

● Assist in the preparation of AML questionnaire, Sanctions questionnaire relating to partner due

diligence.

● Assist with, transaction monitoring, clearance of alerts and investigation of suspicious

transaction activities.

● Support internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, licensing

requirements and condition.

● Keep abreast of the latest regulatory developments in Singapore pertaining to payments services

and digital assets/financing.

● Provide support in managing regulatory and/or external audits on the firm.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, law or equivalent work experience.

● At least 3 years of relevant working experience in compliance or related field.

● Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in Singapore and the Payment Services Act in particular.

● Prior experience dealing with regulators and/or working at a regulatory body would be a plus.

● Knowledge and expertise in the payments/fintech industry would be a plus.

● Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A) Job Summary:

• Manages the purchases of construction materials at site.

(B) Essential Job Functions:

• The Purchasing Officer (Site) is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Quality

• Make orders for construction materials and other items as requested.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Ensure all delivery orders are in accordance with PO and verification of DO for preparation of payment.
• Call for quotations and sources for new suppliers if need and recommendation of award.
• Follow up on complaints on product quality.
• Process and generate PO/RO
• All other tasks assigned

(C) Minimum Qualifications/ Job Experience:

• GCE O/A Levels or Diploma qualifications.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in working on construction sites, especially in Civil projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

· Analyze staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience

· Project future needs for goods and cleaning products; order accordingly

· Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards

· Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs

· Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the management

· Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

· Attend quarterly P&L meetings

• To petrol the building and check on security issue according to Supervisor plan.
• To perform 3 rotating shift work
• To maintain Building safety and guests safety

Requirements

• Candidate must holding a valid security officer certificate
• With 2-3 years of security officer work experience in Shopping centre or Hotel Industry
• Able to perform shift work
