• Monthly CPF submission.
• Prepare employment letter, confirmation letter, warning letter, etc.
• Support admin function for purchasing, report typing and invoicing.
• Licence renewal & preparation of documents for submission.
• Prossess good organization, communication and people's skills
• Any ad-hoc HR & admin duties assigned.

The Sales / Commercial Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:-

• Responsible for handling RFQs within the time allocated including receiving, creating and distributing the quote to the client
• Download customer inquiry and orders from various internet-based customer portals & e-platforms (i.e. Ship-Serv, Sis Commerce, BaseNet, MarineLink, B2B, etc)
• Accurately update relevant information and line items in the company ERP system (D365 & SCINT)
• Perform any other duties as requested by the Commerical Manager
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the ship chandler industry

• 5.5 days work week, alternate Sat

Responsibilities:

• Handle building maintenance works to ensure minimum downtime;
• Source, coordinate, and liaise with suppliers, vendors, and contractors for repair & maintenance and improvement works;
• Supervise team and ad-hoc contractors on building maintenance, such as air-con & lift maintenance, landscaping and pest control, etc.;
• Review preventive maintenance program, and recommend improvement;
• Ensure safety policies are enforced and compliance;
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or NITEC level in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
• Problem-solving skills, well-organized, and willing to dirty your hand;
• English and Mandarin proficiency to liaise with Chinese counterparts;

• Working days/hours: Monday to Friday ~ 08:45hrs to 17:30hrs

Saturday ~ 08:45hrs to 12:45hrs (once-a-month)

Requirements
